The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a fridge that kept our drinks cool during our city trip. The location was convenient with easy access to Grab services. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service with soft-spoken and helpful attitudes that made us feel at home.
The room was not soundproof and conversations from the neighboring rooms could be heard. , there was no kettle in the room, and we had to go to the lobby to iron our clothes.

Some rooms offer a nice view and a spacious interior furnished with a modern design. the hotel offers Thai massage for a reasonable price.
The hotel has some downsides such as the lack of credit card facility and dark hallways caused by the staff's electricity-saving actions.

The view from the room was stunning and the room itself was fairly comfortable. the staff were always polite and were happy to help with directions around the city, providing us with a map and recommendations. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from popular attractions and restaurants.
Our Christmas stay at this hotel was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the breakfast was uninspiring with very limited options and the coffee was terrible.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who provided excellent service. The location was also convenient, as it was close to attractive places and a 7E. we highly recommend this hotel.
